Yeah, I reported on this over the whole period of judicial stupidity, and your right, if it even smelled of christianity it would have been a violation fo the "Establishment Clause." The funny thing is I never saw such an obvious case of violation of the firts amendment than this practice. It is like I say, Christianity is under attack, and christians better wake up!
For the record I am not a christian, nor do I fear or dislike christians. I am however a student of religions and philosophy and used to be a it of a historian. So, I can appreciate the irony (alanis) of christians fleeing to this country to escape persecution to find themselevs being persecuted yet again.
