Riverside High School, El Paso, Texas 1973: wan't in a class I was teaching, but happened to another teacher. ~90% of the school at that time was Mexican or of Mexican descent. Student disagreed with an English teacher's suggestion he speak English in an English class.

To be fair, most of th student body disagreed with the student's behavior.

Nowadays, sadly, they'd probably suggest he wipe with the American flag... *sigh*
