I hear ya.
Ironically the dollars that are supposed to protect you are likely feeding your takeover. Your area receives hundreds of millions in Homeland Security funds based on the areas population. Pretty good incentive to take bodies from anywhere isn't it? You must support legislation to deny HS funds to sanctuary cities who are not implementing the recommendations of the 911 Commission to secure the citizens. These dollars are a boon to crooked politicians that can skim off goodly portions with virtually no accountability. Follow the benefactors of these HS funds and you'll find your sellouts. The federal government is financing the invasion of your area to further its' open borders agenda. That's my rant. It's your ball.
