What say we get all the pro-americans out of Carpentersville, seal the city up with walls and let the Air Force use it as a bombing range?

I suggest they do the same with San Francisco, only let the Navy use it.

Gravatar I love it. That guy says he is against the ordinance because it is kind of against the law, and that it's racist because it's against "the people" -- "the Spanish people."

Clearly he wouldn't know what illegal is if it strolled up and bit him in the ass.

And THE PEOPLE? I use that phrase a lot myself. I am referring to Americans -- all Americans, of every race, color, creed, you name it -- and usually I'm talking about THE PEOPLE needing to stand up for ourselves against invaders or our own government.

For this guy THE PEOPLE is people like him. People who speak Spanish. People who want to wave Mexican flags and shout Viva Mexico on our soil.

But I'm the racist.

OK.

Gravatar We are conducting a survey on amnesty for illegal immigrants in the UK and the USA for the next 6 months at http://www.skillipedia.com . We want to hear opinions from normal people - not political parties or think tanks.

Your opinions or feedback are much appreciated

Gravatar Interestingly enough ... the ordinance in Carpentersville isn't about illegal immigration. It won't do anything to stop illegal immigration; it won't do anything to deport illegal immigrants; it won't do anything but punish business owners. Read up on the news of what's happening in Hazelton, PA now ... even though there is little enforcement, business are already closing up shop or preparing to.

But, people can pretend this is about illegal immigration, and continue in their racism against legal Hispanics in this country. I'm white, non-Hispanic, but I simply don't believe that we should be targeting any _race_ of people, even though I agree that something should be done to enforce the law.
