Who cares if the new workers are Hispanic, Caucasian,black, red, yellow, or green, for that matter? A large part of the reason it's so hard to debate this issue is because race/ethnicity are shoved down our throats at every turn. There is only one question that needs to be asked, and it has nothing to do with the color wheel: Does the applicant have a legal right to work in this country?
