When he wakes up and starts flogging that dead horse guest worker/amnesty garbage from mexico city, maybe the worlds refuse will be confused and start flowing in that direction, and out of the U.S. Boosh already thinks he is president of mexico and will never notice the difference. Lets start the rumor of free food, housing, healthcare and 50 dollar an hour jobs going begging in mexico or venezuela. Fuel the fire even more with rumors of how its illegal to sneak across the border, but amnesty is on the horizon... Oh, mexico's employer magnet is humming!
