What American government signed a free trade treaty with China?

What provisions were taken to control the quality of merchandise imported from China? China subsidize their products. What provisions were made to avoid China dumping prices? China regulates the value of their currency, that is not free trade. Isn’t dangerous to our security to depend so heavily on junk products, mainly electronics, imported from China?


Many Americans question why should we import faulty products from a dictatorial Communist country using slave labor, a country which is not our friend in the United Nations, a country selling missiles to Iran and other rogue governments.


Is our country using the trade with China to reduce our deficit? What do you know about Congress examining these problems of free trade with China?
