#8 May be difficult under current law, but given the competitive advantage Toyota has with fewer dealerships selling the same amount of cars, some movement is inevitable on this issue. Dealerships are already selling cars on the internet (I bought three that way). Eventually the dealership model will be as archaic as music stores.

Number 1 will be hard to verify. Cost of supplies have been rising throughout for 2008 and do not seem to be stopping. Microbrews are being hit the hardest and are already 25-50% higher for a 6 pack. How are you going to measure the price going up based on taxes and not ingredients?
