Funny how the same people who get up and march on Jan. 22 with signs that read "Keep your laws off my body" have no problem blindly turning over their bodies to someone like John Edwards...geesh.
Ditto what Amy said. The abortion crowd says that medical choices are between the patient and the doctor and that there is a right to privacy. No privacy if I mussen report zu Herr Doktor jeden 5 Jahren, and like James says, the good doctor will tattle on us if anything is wrong.
The Left can say whatever they want about wiretapping and the Patriot Act etc., but the implications of socialized medicine are much scarier to me.
