I think anyone who's been crazy enough to stick with a blog for more than a few months can relate to everything you've written. I just thought I was putting up some Steven Avery photos in November 2005 and here I am, still writing almost four years later.
Enjoy your time away. I'll look forward to your return. In the meantime, I'll try to do a little extra GOP shilling, just for you.

John, would you be referring to the fact that Jess McBucher was allegedly getting boned by Ed Flynn while writing an effusive article about him for Milwaukee Magazine? God, nothing makes me hotter than hearing about preachy conservatives getting caught with their pants down. That she would have shat upon journalistic ethics in the process is just icing on the cake. Wonder how soon until UW-M's journalism department cans her?

Enjoy your free time. Thanks for being one of the only consistent conservatives who didn't go to bat for more spending just because a Republican was asking for it. Oh I'm sorry, the kids are calling it "expanding resources" now that a Republican is wants to spend money.

Dang it, you're closed & here I was looking forward to a shoe wear comparison between the Waukesha Mayor & the Wisconsin First Lady. Or since you cover Waukesha & Wisconsin issues, you could have a "summer" blog called "Crocs & Sneakers"
