I don't understand the decision to postpone the licence revocation until January. Surely they've breached their licence conditions and must be made an example of immediately. By delaying the effect of the decision council shows there is no real reason for the licence to be revoked.
I think they were doing this to ensure those who've booked the venue so far are not affected. Apparently the latest booking is Jan 09.
I understand that, MK. But I wonder why they can remain open for business until all the bookings are through. A struck off doctor can't keep operating on patients because surgery is booked. Obviously the licence issue is to punish them, not whether they are fit to hold a licence in the first place.
But what ARE the consequences and who has experienced them?
