As commenting on CR is now moderated (temporarily, or changed to invite-only, or otherwise), it seems the days of open discourse between kg and the general public are now over. I have followed his blog for years, yet remained silent until July this year. He's gone too far with his recent attacks on the US, as have many of the posters that visit. It matters to me not one iota what he does about the commenting features on his blog.

It claims to have been following CR for years, yet seems unaware that moderation is applied periodically-- and always has been--to prevent shit from oozing under the door. His is just the latest.
"he's gone too far with his attacks on the U.S" is laughable. Nowhere, ever has a poster in CR attacked the U.S. So it's factually challenged. And I'll decide what's too far, not some leftist asshole.
