No, if it was true that Bush was mentally ill, his cognitvie judgements could be flawed, and thus his logical reasonings for his resulting policies too perhaps.
But JJR has made the convincing case that these accusations are BS.

AD, that still argumentum ad hominem. If you attack the person rather than the actual logic then you are still arguing ad hominem.
If Bush's logic is so bad it can be quite easily dismissed on it's own.

True, it's an ad hominem, when arguing against his logic, not his supposed ill state of mind, which most people would not want in a president no matter what his supposed arguments/logics are.
