Wright preaches a version of Protestant 'liberation theology', the heretical ideology first espoused by Catholic priests in South America in the 70's and 80's. The so-called theology justified Marxist government with adulterated religious teachings, much like National Socialism adopted pagan and Christian symbology. The Catholic church eventually excommunicated several of the priests for heresy.
Wright teaches what's called 'black liberation theology', which is the same pseudo-religious socialist dogma, but with a layering of urban myths, such as the CIA selling crack cocaine to destroy blacks.
If his preaching doesn't sound very religious, it's because it's not - it's essentially political.
And Obama is a believer.
