Kudos, JWF, for digging this one out of the memory hole. I watched that debate, and I still can't believe the idiocy of the question. If I hadn't seen it myself, I would easily have believed that it was a parody question.
I'm praying that if Ponytail Guy's 21st-century counterparts get to ask questions tonight that Senator McCain and the viewing audience will realize they're tools - and be smart enough not to fall for the toolery and foolery.
That was a pathetic -- a grown man nearly in tears about "caring for our needs." THAT'S YOUR JOB JACKASS!!
