People today (especially clergy!) want to dismiss Baha'u'llah AS IF He were just some 'guru', spouting vapid platitudes and homilies...

But in the 1860's, when He declared on behalf of the Lord God Almighty, "From two ranks among humanity have I seized power..." and "I have given power to the people!" it may have been difficult to believe that PEOPLE could possibly wield democratic power or logical power or considered and considerable power...

But now, after more than 100 years of carefully observing that EVERYTHING Baha'u'llah requires of humankind is coming true, it is reassuring indeed to see Iraqis take these first moral, law-derived steps into a hard-won, hard-earned free world.

Its not over yet, but Saddam is.
