Seems like a fairly loose association. It'd be interesting to see what Burson-Marsteller's list of clients is though.
Wow. Nevermind. B-M is huge (branches all over the world), and Penn has been everywhere. Funny I'd never heard of them. I guess that's a sign of a good PR firm (having that big of an effect while keeping a low profile).
Anyway, I think this might be making a lot of hay out of nothing. Blackwater is just another account for Penn's huge company.
