Actually, Norman Hsu is not just indicted, but was convicted of grand theft in 1994 when he failed to show up for sentencing and went on the lam.
It was while he was out on the lam that he reinvented himself as Norman Hsu, the campaign bundler and began rubbing shoulders with the likes of Bob Kerry, Barack Obama, and Bill and Hillary Clinton - among others.
If Rudy gets rightfully grilled on Kerik, I want equal time for Hillary to deal with Sandy Berger, Hsunami, and one former President, Bill Clinton (who was disbarred for five years in a plea deal to avoid criminal sanction for committing perjury).
