Actually, Gallup has them neck and neck as well.
As for aggregating polls, many of those polls are done by newspapers...and in all the newspaper polls Obama is way ahead...but theres a large percentage of people who DON'T read lefty leaning rags.
Also, some of the polls ask questions like, "Who do you think will win", the answer is always Obama. But then if you ask the question, "Who are you voting for" the results are much more mixed.

They used 3 algorithims:
alg 1-Kerry wins 262-261.
alg 2-Bush wins 278-245...but they chnaged their algorithim again, largely becuase they got too many complaints.
alg 3-their final method, provided for Kerry winning 281-257.
If you want to cite a poll projection, make sure it has a decent track record.
ooops...in above post I'm asking democrats to examine a 'track record'.
given that their nominee has none, I guess it would be useless information for them to ascertain.
My vote against Obama is a vote against the media, moveon.org, Daily Kos, Code Pink, Islam, moonbats, communists, politically correct fascism, and leftists in general.
The DNC is in for a rude awakening when they realize that the fringe is not a majority. Should have stayed in the center. Clinton would have won by a landslide.

3 - obama flunks the cic test.
wildcard: obama picks hillary.
mccain makes a weak pick (like pawlenty) and has stroke.
Polls coming from News papers are not worth the paper they are printed on. They are design to make people think in hopeless terms to make Oshamamassiah stronger.

I am a young african american female and I never casted a vote for Obama. The man is arrogan beoynd beleif. I maybe sitting out this election as I don't like either of the nomoniees. Say what you will about Hillary but she was right about Obama change you change you can xerox. I mean the guy isn't making history he is just still pages from history of the past. Speaking at a statidum alah jfk, trying to speak at brandeburg gate alah regan, and accepting his nonimation on the anniversary of the I have a dream speech by martin luther king jr.
