Let's not be too hasty! A friend owned a unit in a condo-hotel, and never got any serious income. The hotel deducted for maintenance and wear and tear and it ate up most of the income.
Rangel has owned it since the early '90's? Paint and carpeting would wipe out a year's income. The flatscreen TV's could wipe out another year's income.
Unless you get hold of the maintenance agreement and an accounting of upgrades, you might be jumping the gun.
