Gravatar Jail time is a resume enhancement for the democrats. They wear that like a badge of honor. I loved the piece on You Tube that had a reporter questioning William Jefferson as how to stash $90,000 in a freezer. It was hilarious.

Gravatar Greetings:

I think there is a legal "technicality" that you're not actually convicted until you've had your appeal decided.

Gravatar Marion Berry, Kwame Kilpatrick, Barney Frank, William Jefferson, John Murtha, Harry Reid...yes, they're all there!

The Democrat Party in action and in all its glory!

Gravatar He's basing this all on the testimony of a person that claims she was a part of the Republican party (it has been shown she was not) and overheard the conversation the Rove wanted him taken out.

Siegelman *was* convicted, that's why he went to prison, no "legal technicality" involved in his sentence.

That he gets to speak in front of an audience about his problem will just allow him to dig deeper and expose him as a conspiracy theorist with a double layer tinfoil beanie to protect him from the Rovian rays the White House is beaming into his cell.

Gravatar Well why not? A lot of their votes come from convicts.

Can we expect a cadaver to be dug up to speak next? After all, I'm sure they want to represent ALL of their constituents.
