I don't understand, Just how did this get to court in the first place. Who made the complaint that the judge ruled on, and why don't they just mind their own business. The judge needs to be removed, but that would make too much sense.
This is rediculous. If the young man wishes to serve his country and become a Marine, he should be allowed to do so regardless of someone's personal opinion of that decision.
Why didn't this douchebag recuse herself since she's obviously not impartial? Is there more to this story that's not being told? Either way, this sorry-ass walking yeast infection doesn't belong on any bench or in any Court. Then again there might be a place for her in the DNC.
