I'm not a Paul fan, nor a Libertarian. But the rejection of GOP policies that are quickly eclipsing even the Left's by Paul & company by them (you) reinforces my position that pragmatism has a grip on the party's throat – they’ll put up with a little statism increase here, a little more state-religion there and little more environmentalism… ever year. None of the parties (R, D, L) even come close to putting us on course toward long-term freedom.
I was never a political person. Mostly because I realized that the only way to make a real difference is to dedicate your life to it and get the lawmakers to HEAR you with respect; this didn't seem worth it to me. I felt as if it was almost a lost cause. Until I found out who Ron Paul is and what hes about. Hes not kooky lol. READ THE CONSTITUTION. Its our foundation of law. It is almost COMPLETELY contradicted by many new laws that have come into act over the years. I urge you to, if you don't like Ron Paul, at least fight for peoples freedom to do as they choose. All he wants to do is run the country based on the constitution, our law. What is wrong with that??
