I would have to say if Michael reported that 24 Iraqi children were murdered by U.S. troops, then it would be on every newscast in the world for a month. The islamofascists have cleaned our clock on the front of world opinion. The Palestinians are a perfect example - they are viewed as the "oppressed", the underdog. The Socialists of this world will look at the Al Qaeda atrocities (if they do see them) and they will "rationalize" those acts as the poor souls being driven to it.
Let me put this in an American perspective. Anyone remember a young man throwing a brick that crushed in the skull of a truck driver in L.A. rendering that truck driver impaired and disabled for life? Remember the sentence the young brick thrower got? Yep, he got off scot free - because he had been part of a group that had been oppressed all his life and his anger and violence were not his fault.
At that moment in U.S. history, everything changed.
That truck driver was named Reginald Denny. I remember it well.
Wow, great minds think alike! I posted the original entry by Micheal on a liberal debate group and all I got were chirping crickets. Big surprise huh?
