What I hope is the RNC is a member of one of those (I do not know what they are called) copywrite consolidator businesses. This is where you pay a fee to use copywrit music, keep track of what music you use, and monthly send the list to the business. The business then pays the copywrite holders their usage fee (pennies per play). The user gets a license to use the material, the artist gets their fee, and most smart artists take the money and run. Especially washed up artists like Heart.
