I am posting this everywhere and encourage people to consider doing what I am doing.
My senators and representatives are on notice that I WILL NOT comply with any unconstitutional dictates to buy any product on earth, including the protection racket the House of Representatives just passed. They can order and demand and fine me, use the IRS to attempt to seize my money, and in the end they may even jail me, but I will not comply. If a job includes mandatory government health insurance, I will quit it. I will not accept a new job that requires government insurance. I will work in the soon-to-be BOOMING black market or live off reserves, move to a state that similarly will not comply, force my formerly representative government to feed me in jail, but like my hero Patrick Henry I will not submit.
Several doctors have told me they will retire or move overseas or radically downsize rather than become government serfs. Their determination and refusal to work for slavemasters is the pattern for us all to follow - as best our situation will allow.
There are many small children in my family and I fear for their future, but I fear for it more if we, their guardians and teachers, do nothing to stop this race towards tyranny.
Call me a Patriot or a Traitor, a Teabagger, Subversive or Refusenik; by any name I will not surrender control of my body to the government. They will have to come get me by force.
You are right, you will be unemployed soon. This is the goal. Not healthcare. The goal is a total destruction of the country and its takeover by government.

There is one possible answer to Pelosi and company: Get a list of every company or corporate executive that donated money to her, and refuse to purchase any product from that company. Get a list of every company in her district and refuse to deal with them. Tighten the financial screws on Pelosi and see if the word gets out that she's the problem.
It's not over yet. We can still hope that the Senate lets this die. Another tea party march in Washington DC is necessary. This time, millions of us must go. My son, my only child, is 22 and US Marine. He is not fighting for our freedom for the type of tyranny the Dems are attempting to force upon us. We must continue to fight this.
I lived in Manhattan for 12 years. For 8 of those years, I didn't have a car. The funny thing is, nobody forced me to buy car insurance to subsidize everybody who did have a car.
Now the government thinks as long as I am breathing they can force me to buy insurance. Where does it end? The government owns 60% of GM, why don't they force everyone to buy a GM car? They own 80% of AIG, why don't they force us to buy all of our casulty and property insurance, annuities, retirement products, and other insurance needs from AIG?
It's tyranny straight up. But it doesn't matter.
There is no possible way they will ever cut $1 from the $500 billion they say they will cut from Medicare. That means the federal budget deficits are going to absolutely explode. They'll try to tax us to death, but that will only drive small businesses out of business and drive tax revenues down even further. As foreigners lose confidence in the U.S., the dollar will continue to collapse. Eventually investors are going to start demanding much higher interest rates to lend to the government. That will drive interest payments on the U.S. government debt to consume even more of the tax revenues. Eventually, the government will fail. Far left radical George Soros is on record saying capitalism has failed and we need a new system. He is reportedly massively shorting the dollar in anticpation of the ultimate collapse. He has made at least 4 visits the the White House in 10 short months. What do you think they're talking about?
They might be able to hold it all together for 3-5 years. But there is no possible way it doesn't all come unglued with this massive out of control government spending. We're paving the road to ultimate destruction, the only question is when it happens and what the New World Order George Soros is helping to plan looks like. He'll probably honor some limited form of property rights, but there is no doubt the dollar will be worthless.

JAG - I don't think a reconciliation bill can pass both House and Senate, if the Senate even passes a bill. The House libs will demand abortion funding and illegal care. Those will be too much for even Harry Reid's Senate Donks

Just A Grunt - If the exodus of talent to other industries hasn't started already, it will soon. Then recruiting becomes impossible. The good employees jump ship and the unemployable or ridiculously loyal will be the only ones left.
I worked for a company that imploded of it's own accord, but the pattern will be the same.

During the whole healthcare debate last night I was on Twitter and I posed the question about what happens to all the employees of insurance companies? The liberal reply I got was "the employees seek work in other, more socially useful roles." Socially USEFUL? Like all those politicians filling their pockets and making deals left and right? Socically useful. I thought that was cold, condescending, and went right along with the liberal mindset. Scary. As if there are all kinds of jobs available anyway. Sheesh!
We can't stop fighting yet, we need to stop this bill in the senate. (btw-I love my insurance plan!)

California is writing out IOUs and is becoming the first failed state of the union. India recently bought $200 billion worth of gold on account of the fear of the dollar collapsing. BRIC wants a new international currency to replace the dollar. Coupled with the US owing $11 trillion, I'd say we're in a whole lot of hurt in the near future. Even if National Healthcare passes, we're just not going to be able to afford it regardless. I'd recommend that people downsize their debt and lifestyles and take advantage of the 2nd amendment while you can.
I am worrying about medical manufacturing. I know they plan to tax medical devices. I am wondering how it will affect a relative of mine who works for a medical manufacturing company.
Hey don't worry you'll all get government jobs with government pensions.
