Big Tent? Big Tent my ass! If Barack keeps on tossing the nuts out of the convention he'll be there all alone when he's annointed.
If the American electorate can't see what's going on here then we deserve what we get come election time.
America - wake up and smell the bullshit!

Wesley Clark, a "loose cannon"? Hardly. Despite the incessant screaming and whining by the right wing, Clark has never denigrated the military service of John McCain. Indeed, Barack Obama was wrong to suggest otherwise. So I would agree with this post--if the Obama campaign chooses to distance itself from Clark and his harmless comments about McCain, Obama may end up isolating himself from his own base. (Although he's probably banking on these people supporting him at the polls in November, and he's probably right about that.)

To clarify: I don't agree with this post in its entirety. But I do tend to agree that it might be counterproductive to the Obama campaign to distance itself from Clark.
Apparently, anyone who thinks Clark's original comments about McCain were approrpriate must be a "hardcore hater." Ummm, no. I would agree with Clark, that being shot down in a fighter plane is not a qualification to be president. I don't think that makes me a "hardcore hater," just a realist.

If the DNC convention agenda at any point is "securing America," then it's obviously not concerning the securing of our national interests from enemies, but rather the securing of America for the Demo/Commie takeover. Taking away our guns, putting up cameras, & securing the welfare hold on the workers.

Clark is a mega-weenie with an ego the size of Manhattan & wormed his way up the ladder in the Pentagon.
McCain showed moral courage when he refused to take the easy way out of the Hanoi Hilton a few months into his captivity when the Commies found out his father was CINCPAC CinC. Instead he spent another five years being tortured.
I cannot think of one Dem who would decide to do the same if faced with those circumstances. And no Repubs either, for that matter.
Just for that choice to remain with his men, he is my personal hero [though I disagree with him on issues.]
I served 21 months in Vietnam, which is 18 more than Swift Boat phoney purple heart Hair-and-Makeup Kerry did. What made Clark PNG was that McCain was "riding in a jet." I don't think mega-weenie Green Machine desk jockey Wesley could ever pilot a plane under fire. What a p.o.s., which is why the nutroots have such an affinity for him!!! Like attracts like.
And, BTW, is Pretty Boy Johnny E also beneath the bus? I hope he releases all those "webisodes."
