Anyone using Biden to shore up their credentials .. well .. must not have any of their own.

But wouldn’t picking Biden show that Obama was full of guano ... back just a few months ago Obama said he was fully qualified to handle foreign affairs. Picking anybody to shore up his foreign affairs portfolio would show Obama as either a liar or too stupid to know he was lying.
