What is the picture with the Reuters article? An apartment building, maybe (other nearby buildings look similarly constructed), but "two stories" looks wrong (unless a corruption of the English system, wherein the first floor is what the US considers the second because the bottom story is ground floor).
Will Reuters (or AFP) update with the "implied" correction? Not holding my breath.
