This is great: But hardly something to celebrate. The inept, bumbling Bush Administration should have been doing this four years ago.

In other words: It is about damn time. Bush has played fast and lose with US lives, while handcuffing our ground troops with unnecessarily restrictive rules of engagement (with the threat of court-martial never far off) and has similary kept our aviators from doing the necessary work in Pakistan. Either fight like you mean it or get out, Mr President.
