How about just having it once? After the oysters arrive in Salina, which happens infrequently and only when you've had your fill, you'll hear those little busters yelling for help as they simmer. This sounds wonderful.

You know how it is in Kansas...Brit goes out and kills a buffalo, drags it to the front porch and tells me to fix dinner. Don't suggest I use mountain oysters in your recipe! I'm going to find the real thing.
