It's mainly just a difference in the stocks. It might take a while to get the recipes up. Lyman works without a written recipe for gumbos.

And well he should. I can wait...no rush...it's about 100 here, so I don't need no hot dish waiting on the stove. It's all I can do to choke down a sandwich between gallons of tea.
