NAV should never stop pop-ups, unless he installed some newer internet security version of it. I'm sure it has instructions for allowing pop-ups from sites you trust. Maybe a right-click menu option, or an icon you can click on when it blocks one?

It is an internet security version, and I can't find a way to make an exception anywhere. Maybe it's Google time. Sure ain't in "help".

Click Web Assistant icon. Disable "block pop-ups on this site". Page automatically renews. Dummy girl.
