Dang and I missed it. Next time though there better be some advance notice...
Most of them were small, and they were a lot of work. We're planning another in about a month.
Eating them shouldn't be so labor-intensive then.

A little known thing that we have done from time to time, is to quickly boil broccoli or cauliflower inside a mesh bag in the crawfish mix. It's very good, and balances the meal.
