I think TofuHut recommends RackNine -- I had a look over there & the prices seemed reasonable.

I haven't had any complaints about my files not working, but it's something I worry about. Do you know how to track how much of your Earthlink bandwidth you've used up?

I, along with many mp3 bloggers, am very happy with my mac.com account.
I also use it for hosting images as well as mp3s.
$99 for a year. Unlimited traffic and 235mb of webspace.

I don't think anything beats that.
