THREE CHEERS!!! I LOVE Christmas! I am trying not to worry about any of it...it will all get done. This is not a time to stress but to rejoice....sing loud my frined....I have already goten some weird stares at the mall....but all these Christmas songs make me want to SING!!!!!!

You are so right, LaShawn. My kids really love the fun bits so we celebrate 12 Days of Christmas instead. This way they get to enjoy the decorations, which don't go up until the 20th or so, and I don't have to clean around them all month.

The month of December is Advent and about spreading peace and love while we wait for Christmas Day. The kids really look forward to the rituals more than the gifts and that makes me so much less cranky over the holiday period.
