Excellent comments and on the money! The Italians have a saying,"He who forgives too easily invites offense." What is wrong with Pakistanis being angry about the loss of citizens? My guess is the GOP response of "let's play nice" is likely because the GOP knew about the American action in advance. And as the Americans say, "Politics makes strange bedfellows."
