However, do you really want to enter the land of the minivan soccer mom? Do you? Do you want to enter the world where if you aren't married and have 2.5 kids, something is wrong with you? I mean, you don't even have a dog.
Do you want to have to drive back down 75 to find a reasonable church? Picasso's? YOUR FRIENDS??

I know I'm not in south Dallas, but I live very near what I believe some of you sunday schoolers have labeled with a ghetto-like moniker. To be awakened by a siren or what I'm almost sure were gunshots is not a rarity.

Jr., I do appreciate most of those things, Ok, I have no use for Freebirds or Blue Goose, but you know what I mean. I'm just not sure that's enough to outway the relative merits of 15 year mortgage over a 30, that's all.
