Amen to that!!!

Gravatar Don't forget Family Guy! Unless you did that on purpose... but Fox is a repeat offender of cancelling great shows, so blah to them.

Gravatar Well, Brit, I didn't include Family Guy because, to be painfully honest, it's never been a favorite show of mine...as Chris there will attest.

BUT...and I hope you're sitting down, Chris...since they've been showing Guy on Cartoon Network, I've been watching the occasional episode. And you know what? I'm getting a laugh or two. I still think the show's a little too heavy handed- I mean, they telegraph the sight gags like not even Simpsons and Futurama would dare attempt- but once in a while there's some funny situations and some clever lines. And the dog, Brian, cracks me up with his dry wit...I thought last night's episode, in which he became a porn director, was one of the funniest I've seen so far.

I think one reason why I was so down on Guy was that seemed to be the show of choice for Fox to put on when they cancelled something else, and I didn't see why they would stick with it when so many other shows with similar ratings got canned.

Anyway, I've seen the light, sort of. Chris? Chris? Are you OK?

Gravatar Dave I know I am going to regret this but I was right there with you, maybe a little ahead of you, when it came to bashing the family guy and calling for it's cancellation. But like you I have seen a few lately and they were actually pretty funny. Not at all the 100% laugh free show that I thought. I hate when I am wrong and it looks like I was wrong again.¿

Gravatar I'm also still a little miffed about "Greg the Bunny" getting the shaft, so can I get in on this Fox bashing?
