Its a sad/proud fact, that I have memorized starlting large amounts of Tick quotes. By far the most educating cartoon ever!

I too am a huge fan. Years ago I did, in fact, start a Tick petition. I've talked to the NEC people, and they told me Bandai owned all the rights -- and Bandai got bought by Disney awhile back. Anyone know anyone at Disney we can talk to?
