Hola, JBS!
Ah, the Loeb/Sales Challs! This was (I believe) their first collaboration and there's a sharpness to this work that seems missing in later collaborations like Hulk: Grey.
Odd that some folks took umbrage of this limited series; the Challs never neatly fit into any category; the Kirby version had them encountering the kinds of creatures and events that the Fantastic Four would be confronting shortly thereafter. The Bob Brown/Frances Herron versions seemed to be part of the DC Marvel-like comics of the mid-60s, like Doom Patrol, Metamorpho and the Metal Men, that weren't straightforward super-hero types... but they lived in that world. Now, with the Chaykin version forthcoming (and apparently involving none of the originals), there'll be a new way of interpreting the concept of Adventurers in Unusual Situations.
