I feel like it's a little trendy to bash Bendis lately. Yeah, his work has flaws sometimes (the new "Secret War" series has been particularly underwhelming to me) but I find I'm entertained by his work far more than I'm not. DD and Ultimate Spider-Man remain at the top of my read pile every month.

I think it's a LOT trendy to bash Bendis, especially now that he's as identified with the Evil Marvel Empire as anyone this side of Joe Q. It never fails. But, in all fairness, I've caught myself going against the grain just for the sake of it once or twice.

I kinda like Secret War, so far anyway. It's an interesting premise, I hope he does something interesting with it...

I like Secret War too. I just wish it wasn't quarterly. I'm a Bendis fan too, hell I even find I like some things by Austen.
