Gravatar Let us not forget his work on one of the best selling albums of all time, Meat Loaf's BAT OUT OF HELL. Ah, true bliss.

Gravatar Sorry - that was directed towards the Todd Rundgren comments, if anyone was lost.

I'll skip over his duet with Bonnie Tyler for now, even though I kinda like the song.

Gravatar Never was a big fan of that album, although I did like "Paradise By The Dashboard Light". I used to have a solo album by the lady that sang with Meat on that cut, Karla DeVito...not to mention that I have the albums his road duetist, Ellen Foley did!

Gravatar Aww, Flo & Eddie are the greatest, though I mostly know 1972's The Phlorescent Leech & Eddie myself. Kaylan is a great birthday catch!

Gravatar I used to have that '72 album on 8-track, and I haven't heard it in years. I look for it on eBay occasionally, but so far I've had no luck.

I missed Volman's b-day, which was in April. Can't win 'em all. I think I got him last year, anyway.

Gravatar I'd love to see copies of the first two Flo & Eddie releases on CD: the only CD releases of theirs I've found were a cheapy reissue of Illegal, Immoral and Fattening plus Rhino's out-of-print Best-Of. (Maybe we should solicit Rhino Handmade, which has access to the Warner/Reprise Archives, for a reissue of those two discs?)

Gravatar Maybe we should!

I'm thinking you must have an address or phone number somewhere, right?

Gravatar Bacardi Show Birthday Greetings are like buses. You spend ages waiting for one, and then three show up at once...

Seriously, it's intriguing to know that Davies and the Runt share the same birthday. Plus Eddie of course... (as in "Eddie, are you kidding?")

Gravatar Better to have too many than not enough!

But Ray & Todd don't share birthdays. Ray's was Monday, I just overlooked it...then figured if I was gonna do two, I might as well have three!

Gravatar Don't have any address or phone numbers for the folks at Rhino (wish I did), but their Handmade webpage does have a
suggestion box where you can nominate your own collectible titles. . .

Gravatar Thanks, Bill, I'll try to take advantage of that ASAP!

Gravatar There's an interview with Todd Rundgren in the new issue of LINUX MAGAZINE. He's everywhere all of a sudden.
