I'll have to pick this up. I recently took a look at the Wally Wood biography as well, which admittedly ended up being a bit depressing.

Ya know...I was gonna review that book myself, but honestly, I don't think I could do it any better than you just have. Very nice post, "Johnny" (and, yeah! I'm lovin' MY copy!)

Strange about Strange and Stranger - if (WHEN, more likely), I pick it up, it'll be the third comic-related book,I got this year, after Evanier's book on Kirby and that Hembeck compendium. And I thought I was out of the comics-reading biz.

Did you guys even read the same book? How about your doing a blog commenting on Mike DeLisa's review because one of you has no clue and I hope its not you.

Doesn't seem like it, does it!
Obviously Mr. DeLisa was looking for things that he didn't find, and it certainly seems like he had access to information that I either didn't know, or had no way of knowing, or had forgotten.
I felt like, in the interest of fairness, I should put that link there to provide some contrast. I really enjoyed what I read, but I'm willing to admit that my Ditko knowledge is less than complete, or apparently not up to Mr. DeLisa's standard...
