George is my favorite Beatle, and while my top 10 list of his songs is a bit different than your own, no one can deny that his works were of a different, more individual feel than most of the "standard" Lennon/McCartney tracks.

There's an old anecdote about Frank Sinatra, when performing in Vegas (during his later years, iirc) would sing "Something" and described it as "the best of the Lennon/McCartney songs".

Oh. And of COURSE, I'm not saying that ALL of the Lennon/McCartney songs were "standard", by any means.

I just feel that the Harrisongs sort of jump out at you. You can TELL that they're of a different sort.
