I just had a similar conversation with a protestant friend about this. We were discussing confession/reconciliation and communion/Eucharist and she indicated that she did those things. I told her my feelings were, yes, you did, but when we did them at a different intensity. It brought tears to my eyes just talking about the differences!

My husband LOVES Peter Kreeft and his simple, easy-to-follow logic. He is the head of our Catholic high school's religion department, and uses it in his teaching, as well as recomending it to his colleagues so that they can use the same logic on their students.
