Everything is interesting and pretty with snow on it for a while...We have had snow since mid-October and will have snow for a lot longer. I just wish it would warm up a little bit.
The birds are the ice are really neat photos. And the snow making even everyday things like rope and litter interesting!
I am glad you enjoyed the sunshine. I remember how much I loved seeing the sun in winter when I lived in the Netherlands!

Wonderful walk, and photos. Glad you're enjoying the snow. It's so strange to see snow on boats, not many have posted that sort of image. I love the green fence with the snow, striking.
Precisely 7 years, that was the last time it snowed ! and since 1986 we hadn't such temperatures below 15°C ! It's much colder than in Antwerp and Brugge was summerly warm (+ 5°) ! I am fat up with the snow, everything looks so dirty now except the parcs of course.

Yay for the blue sky for you Jientje. An Scottish colleague of mine says that what she likes best about Australia is that even in the middle of winter our sky is always so blue.
