What a great list! Number 4 sounds like lots of fun! My mom used to be able to peel potatoes like that with a paring knife too. I used to drive her crazy because I'd peel away half the potato! LOL.

So far Spring here means the snow is going soon to be all gone. Flowers are trying to come up. But we have no blooms.
