Great find Rose. My favorite parts 'i'm writing this in tears' and 'this will get ugly' yeah right. For one, I don't think those were amateur photos and she didnt exactly look nervous while taking them. And secondly, unless F. Lee Bailey is taking the case, I don't think court is her best option.
