Thanks for the comment . . . and thanks for the links to my post. Rereading it, I find it a bit daunting. My wife would attribute it to my all-or-nothing character. She's probably right.

But part of Catholic spirituality is doing one's work for Christ -- which means taking it as serious as possible and doing it with all of one's energy. So I don't really see it as daunting as much as I see it as the necessary cross the Catholic writer must shoulder.
